    Lake Wallenpaupack
    Lake Wallenpaupack was built in 1927 when the Pennsylvania Power and Light Company damned Wallenpaupack Creek for Hydroelectric power. The 5,700-acre (2,306 ha) lake features 52 mi (83.7 km) of shoreline and six recreation areas.

    Delaware River

    Delaware River starts in Schoharie County, New York, and drains into the Delaware Bay, marking the border of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The river plays host to an array of recreational activities, including camping, canoeing, boating, fishing, tubing and biking.

    Delaware Water Gap
    As the Delaware River flows through the Appalachian Mountains in the northeast Poconos, it creates a craggy, gaping valley in the mountains. Spanning 40 mi (64.4 km) from Milford to Stroudsburg, the Water Gap and the surrounding forest covers more than 70,000 acres (28,328 ha).

    Wallenpaupack Creek
    Located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, Wallenpaupack Creek and its tributaries feed Lake Wallenpaupack. In the 1970s the whole watershed was designated a High Quality Water Basin and is protected by the Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Association.
