The Deer Meadow Inn maintains a one-mile cross-country trail. The trail winds through the woods and two fields. Cross-country skiing trails are only available to guests staying at the inn. Located nearby, the Lehigh Gorge Trail runs along the Lehigh River and is open to the public at no cost.

In the Delaware Water Gap Recreational Area, cross-country skiing is available at Slateford along Route 611, McDade Trail along River Road and Milford Beach Southward. Skiing is also available at Blue Mountain Lakes along Old Mine Road north of Millbrook.
